Information we collect
- Request details you provide: name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, the service or problem type, urgency, and any description you enter.
- Attribution data: the page you landed on, the referring website, campaign parameters (UTM values, click identifiers) if present in the URL, and a hashed form of your IP address and browser information used for spam prevention.
- Usage data: standard server logs. We do not currently run third-party advertising or analytics scripts on this site; if that changes, this policy will be updated.
How we use it
- To review and route your request to an independent participating provider.
- To contact you about your request if needed.
- To measure which pages and campaigns generate requests.
- To prevent spam and abuse.
Who we share it with
When you submit a request and agree to the consent statement, we share your request details with the independent provider we route it to so they can contact you. Providers are separate businesses with their own privacy practices. We may also use service vendors (such as hosting and database providers) that process data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information.
Communications
By submitting a request you agree that NJ Drain Connect and the provider we route your request to may contact you by phone, text message, or email about that request. Message and data rates may apply to text messages. You can ask a provider to stop contacting you at any time.
Retention and security
Request records are stored in an access-controlled database. Public website visitors cannot read request records. We retain records as long as needed for the purposes above and for legal and business record-keeping.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted by using the contact page and noting "privacy request." We will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top reflects the latest revision.
